<br />Joshua Blanco has performed and managed permitting for environmental cleanup and construction projects;
<br />environmental compliance audits; Phase I, Phase II, NEPA environmental due diligence assessments and environmental
<br />impact studies; soil and groundwater investigations; design, operation and maintenance of groundwater remediation
<br />systems; storage tank inspection and compliance programs; oversight of hazardous, non‐hazardous, and solid waste
<br />management operations; and storage tank removal operations. Currently, Mr. Blanco serves as the area safety
<br />representative responsible for developing and reviewing health and safety plans as well as serves as one of the office
<br />emergency response program coordinators.

<br />emphasis on the identification, handling, assessment and remediation of hazardous and non‐hazardous materials on
<br />state roadways or any situation that presents an immediate threat to the environment or citizens. His
<br />responsibilities include Level I site screening evaluations, impact to construction assessments, bridge asbestos
<br />inspections, subsurface investigations, technical report writing, remediation, compliance and construction oversight.
