The safety of employees is of the greatest concern to all levels of management <br /> and supervision. However, developing a safety culture is everyone's responsibility. <br /> For a safety policy to be successful two things must happen. First,top management's <br /> commitment to safety is absolutely critical. We as a company demonstrates this committed by <br /> providing a safe and hazard free workplace,through training and by providing Personal <br /> Protective Equipment(PPE). Our philosophy is to be proactive rather than reactive in preventing <br /> an employee injury. <br /> Secondly,our employees need to make safety a personal value by observing all practices <br /> that contribute to a safe environment at work. By practicing awareness and following all <br /> recommended procedures we can increase our safety and decrease the chances of unnecessary <br /> injuries. <br /> Our philosophy is that all personal injuries can be prevented through personal and <br /> shared responsibility. This means that the responsibility for safety begins and ends with you, <br /> and is shared throughout the organization.
