How many days per week and how many hours per week will be allotted to accomplish the work? <br />7 days a week / 360 hours with a total of 18,720 hours per year. <br />3. Will you adjust staff seasonally, and, if so, how will you do so in order to meet demands of the <br />Performance Standards & Technical Specifications? <br />No, the staff will be full time dedicated to the city work with a total of 9 men in staff. <br />4. Contractor shall closely evaluate the City's minimum manpower requirements defined in the <br />Performance Standards and make a recommendation if minimum specified manpower is sufficient <br />and, if not, how many personnel do they recommend. <br />9 full-time staff, it is recommended. <br />
