  <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH SECTION 01300 - 5 <br />SUBMITTALS <br />  <br /> <br />1.8 PRE AND POST CONSTRUCTION VIDEO <br />A. The Contractor shall video the entire project site. The video shall clearly identify existing <br />site and structural conditions prior to rehabilitation. <br /> <br />B. Pre-construction video shall be completed prior to beginning the Work at the wellsite(s). <br />Post construction video shall be completed within 10 days following date of Substantial <br />Completion. <br /> <br />C. ENGINEER/OWNER shall have right to select subject matter and vantage point from <br />which videos are to be taken. <br /> <br />D. The preconstruction video must be reviewed and approved by the OWNER prior to <br />mobilizing rehabilitation equipment. <br /> <br />E. The video must be recorded by a professional videographer specializing in construction <br />videos and provide in mpeg format. An index must be provided with notations at periodic <br />and appropriate times along the recording to allow quick search and review of specific <br />portions of the video as needed. The videos shall be narrated and clearly identify existing <br />site conditions prior to rehabilitation of project sites. <br /> <br />F. The Contractor shall provide two (2) sets of the video recording in the following Format <br />and Quality: <br />1. High definition MPEG4 (1080P) format, with sound; video shall be capable of playing <br />on personal computer with Windows 7 operating system. <br />2. Video <br />i. Produce bright, sharp, and clear images with accurate colors, free of <br />distortion and other forms of picture imperfections. <br />ii. Electronically, and accurately display the month, day, year, and time of day <br />of the recording. <br />3. Video to be on DVD or Dual Layer DVD media. <br />4. Audio <br />i. Audio documentation shall be done clearly, precisely, and at a moderate <br />pace.
