The motion was approved by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 5. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS . <br /> 5A. Screening of the British Broadcasting Corporation's (BBC) Political Documentary on <br /> Democracy in America"Talking About A Revolution". <br /> ACTION: Vice Mayor Connie Morrow, Chairperson, Fashion, Film, Entertainment & <br /> ® Production Council, introduced the item, and then the audience watched the video. <br />
