Police Employee of the Month for September, 2000— Officer Michael Mulvey. <br /> Action: Police Chief Fred Maas introduced Officer Mulvey and presented him with a <br /> Certificate. <br /> 5B. Presentation to Sunny Isles Beach Police Officers by the Drug Enforcement <br /> Administration (DEA). <br /> Action: Chief Fred Maas presented awards to Sergeant Steve Diaz and Officer Ray <br /> Zamora on behalf of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). <br /> 5C. Presentation of Plaques to the Fay Parkin Foundation and to Norman S.
