<br /> The number of Cut and Push Crews will be determined by the City. Ceres owns eight (8) wheel loaders
<br /> (with appropriate grapple attachments) and has additional subcontractor supplied pushing equipment.
<br /> Ground personnel will be supplied with sufficient types and quantities of tools and materials to effectively
<br /> push the debris to the roadside to clear routes for emergency traffic. In the event debris cannot be pushed
<br /> aside, it will be loaded in trucks and transported to nearby off-street locations for temporary dumping, to be
<br /> picked up later by the normal debris clearing crews. When each assignment is complete, Ceres' crews will
<br /> contact the City's dispatcher to obtain authorization to proceed to the next assignment.
<br /> Debris Collection
<br /> Crews will be dispatched to begin work within two days, and according to the City's priorities and the
<br /> removal schedule adopted in coordination with the City representative. At the direction of the Ceres field
<br /> supervisor each assigned debris removal crew will service each assigned road or right of way. Daily
<br /> meetings will be conducted at 7:00 AM between the City and Ceres. Zones and Sections will be identified
<br /> and prioritized. Progress will be updated and reported to the City at the close of business each day.
<br /> Additional passes will be conducted prior to project completion in agreement with the City or per contractual
<br /> requirements, to ensure adequate time has been scheduled for residents to move their debris into the right
<br /> of way.

<br /> First preference will be given to hauling A-A Ceres self loader with a trailer making pickups from the ROW.

<br /> Knuckleboom self loaders are efficient, but in areas with narrow streets or limited overhead clearance, they
<br /> are too large to be effective. In tight areas, pickup trucks with dumping trailers minimize traffic disruption
<br /> and potential damage. Crew and overall debris collection production will be monitored on a daily basis. The
<br /> Project Manager will alter crew composition and overall number of crews as necessary. Self Loaders may
<br /> work singly or in conjunction with dump trucks. In accordance with FEMA guidelines, hand-loading will not
<br /> be allowed or tolerated in any circumstance. Ceres owns seven Self Loaders (Knucklebooms) and has
<br /> access to many more through our subcontractors.
<br /> A minimum of one Hot Spot Crew will be assembled for each zone during this project. The crew(s) will
<br /> commence operations within 24 hours of the notice to proceed. The typical crew will consist of:
<br /> • One Knuckleboom or self-loader
<br /> I • Three Laborers (one sawyer and two Flagmen)
