When Winter Storm Goliath hit Texas <br /> and Oklahoma just one month later in December, Ceres already had staff and equipment positioned to <br /> respond in Oklahoma. As more debris piled up following Goliath, Ceres extended its services to the City of <br /> Warr Acres, plus Canadian County and four other cities under the OEMA. <br /> In 2014, Ceres responded to two large-scale projects following Winter Storm Pax, which covered the <br /> Southeast in freezing rain and ice.
