CrowderGulf was honored to have worked with the City of Sunny <br /> Isles Beach after Hurricane Irma last year. Our team is very familiar with the City and its residents and we believe we are the best <br /> company to continue to provide the City the requested services. Our many years of experience and capabilities as synopsized <br /> below and demonstrated in the attached proposal,make us the ideal candidate. <br /> CrowderGulf is a national full-service debris management firm with over forty-nine (49) years experience in helping communities <br /> like the City of Sunny Isles Beach recovers from disasters. Having managed successful debris clean-up operations in fifteen(15) <br /> states, including Florida, we have developed one of the most capable recovery management teams in the Country. Our disaster <br /> experience includes the completion of over three hundred and fifty(350)disaster recovery projects and success in removing, <br /> reducing and disposing of over two hundred and thirty-five million (235,000,000) cubic yards of debris and is testament to <br /> our ability to meet the scope of work established by the City. <br /> Our management team includes previous FEMA Directors, Emergency Managers and qualified Debris Specialists with 50+ years <br /> of training and"boots on the ground"field experience.You will find our team fully knowledgeable in all aspects of debris clean-up <br /> ' from operational methodology to quality control and FEMA public assistance reimbursements. We recognize that an efficient, <br /> orderly and safe debris management operation can only be achieved by experienced on-site personnel. Our key management <br /> and field staff have obtained numerous FEMA and OSHA certifications in emergency management, safety and environmental <br /> compliance and remain with you from contract activation to closeout. <br /> The knowledge and experience of the CrowderGulf management team, coupled with our personal inventory of heavy equipment <br /> and a large cadre of dedicated subcontractors, has meant that every project has been completed successfully and within contract <br /> timelines. Our team is dedicated to following FEMA's Public Assistance Program and Policy Guidelines and meeting 2 <br /> CFR requirements. We understand the requirements of the FEMA SuperCircular and will provide the City a list of all <br /> subcontractors to include Minority and Small Business for review prior to commencement of work. Our past experience enables <br /> us to assemble uniquely trained and experienced project teams and match specialized equipment and resources with project <br /> execution requirements. <br /> We believe training and pre-planning are keys to any successful debris removal operation. CrowderGulf provides pre-planning <br /> and training to our clients free of charge throughout the contract term and look forward in meeting and training with the City of <br /> Sunny Isles Beach personnel. <br /> Don Madio, Regional Manager for the State of Florida, is a long-time Florida resident and can respond to the City in a few hours <br /> notice. He is a highly seasoned employee with many years of experience working disaster declarations in the State of Florida and <br /> around the Gulf Coast. In addition, John Campbell, Senior Project Manager for Florida has significant FEMA experience and has <br /> an extensive resume of past experience working in the disaster debris management field. Both of these individuals will provide <br /> valuable knowledge and experience with an inherent commitment and dedication to the City.
