® th all local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, codes, regulations, tax laws, labor laws, wage <br /> and hour laws, including Social Security Acts, Unemployment Compensation Acts, Workers' <br /> Compensation Acts, Truth in Negotiations Act, Copeland Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, <br /> Service Contract Act, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Drug-Free Work Place <br /> Act, and the Davis Bacon Act, to the extent that these laws apply to Subcontractor's work, all <br /> of which (including regulations promulgated by the relevant government agencies) are <br /> incorporated herein by reference. If applicable, Subcontract shall comply with 29 CFR 4.6, Page 1118 <br /> the U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determinations, together with the provisions set <br /> forth in Form FHWA-1273, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Subcontractor <br /> shall comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations with regard to nondiscrimination <br /> issued or to be issued by any local, state, or federal government or agency, including the <br /> Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, insofar as they may apply to the work under this <br /> Agreement. If the Davis Bacon Act, Service Contract Act, or other state or federal minimum <br /> wage, overtime, or labor laws apply to Subcontractor's work, or if required by Contractor, <br /> Subcontractor shall submit certified payrolls to Contractor by the Wednesday following each <br /> work week. Submission of these certified payrolls is a strict precondition to payment for <br /> Subcontractor's work, and no payment to Subcontractor will be made or owed unless and until <br /> Subcontractor complies with the requirements of this paragraph.
