II. SCOPE OF WORK: Load and Haul Vegetative Debris and Construction and Demolition Debris <br /> In accordance the performance obligations, scope of work, terms and conditions under the prime contract Page 1128 <br /> (including the RFP or RFQ) between the GOVERNMENT and the prime contractor, and Master <br /> Subcontract Agreement between the prime contractor and Contractor in connection with the above Project, <br /> all of which are adopted and incorporated herein by reference, Subcontractor shall gather and load all <br /> eligible vegetative debris and eligible construction & demolition ("C&D") debris from the public right-of- <br /> ways ("ROW") at all locations designated by Contractor, and transport and unload same at locations <br /> designated by Contractor for temporary disposal/staging at the Debris Management Sites("DMS"). <br /> III. RATES: <br /> The following all-inclusive pay rates shall apply to Subcontractor's work set forth herein. <br /> (A) Vegetative Debris to DMS <br /> Unit Rate Price Per Cubic Yard <br /> per cubic yard $/CY <br /> (B) C&D Debris to DMS <br /> Unit Rate Price Per Cubic Yard <br /> per cubic yard $/CY <br /> All amounts owed to Subcontractor by Contractor under this Work Order shall be calculated and <br /> based solely and exclusively on the amount(s) or volume(s) of debris deemed eligible and approved <br /> for payment by the GOVERNMENT or its monitor for the Project. Mileage haul distances shall be <br /> calculated and determined solely and exclusively by the GOVERNMENT or its monitor for the <br /> Project. Contractor shall not be obligated for payment to Subcontractor for: (i) any debris, work or <br /> services disapproved for payment by or deemed ineligible by the Project Monitor; and, (ii) haul <br /> distances not approved by the project owner or Project Monitor. <br /> KDF Enterprises, LLC RFP Disaster Debris Management and Disposal Services 18-04-02 <br />
