CONSTRUCTION BUDGET $6,683,87.00 <br />ENGINEER’S DESIGN BUDGET $902,124.74 <br />SERVICES PROVIDED Craven Thompson & Associates (CTA) provided all of the <br />surveying services, storm water master planning, all civil <br />engineering, all landscape architectural, and construction <br />management for the project. <br />PROJECT SUMMARY <br />The Livable Neighborhoods Improvement Project is subdivided among four separate sites; <br />namely Garden Circle, Kings Garden I & II, Kings Garden III and Vista Verde. The various <br />project sites are all located within the confines of NW 183rd Street (Miami Gardens Drive), <br />NW 215th Street (County Line Road), NW 47th Avenue, and NW 37th Avenue in the City of <br />Miami Gardens, Florida. No storm water quality treatment or quantity attenuation facilities <br />were included in the initial developments, which are apparent through the numerous <br />drainage issues observed. The Livable Neighborhoods Improvement Project includes <br />approximately 222 total acres of land. The project includes: 34,200 linear feet of roadway, <br />7,840 linear feet of sidewalk, 19,000 linear feet of storm sewer, 151 drainage structures, <br />the regrading of 22,500 linear feet of swales, and the addition of 112 street lights, along <br />with street trees and landscape/hardscape. <br /> <br /> <br />J | Page 5
