It requires an understanding of technical <br />requirements of the individual utilities applied to the physical limitations of constructing <br />within the right-of-way and impacts to individual residents. It requires a clear understanding <br />of procedure, effective communications, identification of stakeholders, coordination of utility <br />designs, understanding FP&L tariff requirements, cost estimates, and where applicable an <br />understanding of special assessment procedures and requirements. <br />D | Page 6
