(CTA) has provided consulting services to several governmental agencies throughout South Florida. Through our successful track record in providing infrastructure survey, studies, design, permitting and construction related services, we have maintained relationships with many of those municipalities, that extend way beyond the last five (5) years. As a full-service engineering firm, we specialize in providing services for neighborhood improvement projects. We are intimately familiar with project requirements and working as an extension of City staff. This includes preparing studies, plans, calculations, and specifications, permitting, conducting the necessary public meetings and hearings, bidding projects, coordination with private property owners, inspecting construction, providing contract administration services, and final certification of the project. The emphasis for undergrounding projects is strong project management. Although thorough research and due diligence of existing site-specific conditions is required, equally important is the disseminated and coordinated of the information among the many stakeholders and designers. It is critical that the firm orchestrating this project be able to show proven success in delivering large neighborhood improvement projects while meeting clients’ expectations.
