Since then, the firm expanded from its original, technical orientation in municipal engineering and surveying into a full service civil engineering practice with specialized expertise in Engineering, Surveying & Mapping, Grants/Loan Assistance, Construction Management, Utility Locates and CAD Design & Development. Organization - CAS is organized into five technical operating divisions each under the supervision of a Vice President or Director. Our 35 years of experience gives us the perspective to provide services for larger municipality projects as well as smaller projects (under $250,000). CAS is highly experienced and qualified to perform consulting services required under this contract, more specifically, Surveying, Utility Locates, Roadway Improvements, Stormwater and Utility Engineering and design support during construction.
