10. Make payments to Engineer pursuant to Article 7; <br />11. Provide written authorization for Engineer to provide, as Additional Services, those items <br />listed in Article 4 that are required for the Project; <br />12. Obtain and pay for the permits, approvals and licenses required for the design, construction <br />and execution of the Project not obtained by Owner. <br />B. Contractor shall be responsible for, and Engineer may rely upon, the accuracy and <br />completeness of all reports, data and other information furnished pursuant to paragraph 5.01.A.4 to the <br />extent Contractor generates such reports, data and other information. Contractor shall not be <br />responsible for reports, data and information generated by others not employed by Contractor. <br />Engineer may use such reports, data and information in performing or furnishing its services under this <br />Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 6—TIMING <br />6.01 General <br />A. Unless specific periods of time or specific dates for providing services are specified in this <br />Agreement, Engineer's obligation to render Services hereunder will extend for a period which may <br />reasonably be required for the design and construction of the Project, including extra work and required <br />extensions thereto. <br />6.02 Schedule of Services <br />A. Review and Update DCP Reports and Existing Base Sheets, and 30% Design Drawings <br />Review and Update of DCP Reports and Existing Base Sheets, and 30% Design Drawings will be <br />submitted to Contractor for submittal to the Owner on or before (See Below). These dates are based <br />on Engineer receiving Notice to Proceed by January 5, 2015. <br />• Three calendar days prior to the timeframes identified in Exhibit A <br />B. Detailed Design <br />Detailed Design Drawings and Specifications will be submitted to Contractor for submittal to the <br />Owner on or before (See Below). These dates are based on Engineer receiving Notice to Proceed by <br />January 5, 2015. <br />• Three calendar days prior to the timeframe identified in Exhibit A <br />C. Construction Management Services Phase <br />The Construction Management Services Phase shall commence with NTP 2 as issued by the <br />Owner and consistent with the DCP. The Engineer will provide clarifications and interpretations of the <br />drawings and specifications through the Project's scheduled substantial completion date of the Project. <br />D. Project Close-out and Certification <br />Engineer shall provide completed record drawings within 30 days of receiving complete submittal of <br />final red lined drawings from Contractor or as required by the Owner. <br />6.03 Adjustments <br />220 <br />
