WWI <br />WADETRIM $ubcansuttantAgreement <br />Subconsuttant Agreement <br />THiS AGREEMENT.Is Made as -of d, 2%, between Wade Trim -Sol o Woodland <br />-Ceiger Blvd, Suite 1240, Tampa, FL 33614, (PRO ESSIONAL) and Craig A. Smith & Associates, 7777 <br />Mines Road, Suite 410, Boca Raton,FL 33434 (SUBCONSULTANT). <br />A. PROFESSIONAL has made' an agreement dated JI fra: A 20(5 with Lanzo <br />Construction125 S.E.5t' Court, Deerfield Beach, FL $3441 (OWNER), which is herein referred to as the Prime <br />Agreement and vrhich provides for performance of professional services by PROFESSIONAL in connection <br />with the Project described therein. The terms of the Prime Agreement are incorporated herein by reference.. <br />SUBCONSULTANT shall be.bound to such portions of the Prime Agreement and, related documents as are. <br />pertinent to St1BCONSULTANTS responsibilities hereunder. - <br />.B. SUBCONSULTANT agrees to perform certain consulting services for PROFESSIONAL as a part of <br />ar tri relation to the Prime Agreement as follows: (attach Exhibit, setting forth specific detafis and <br />specifications, if appropriate.) <br />StJBGONSULTANT agrees to abide :by the terms and conditions of the .Prime Agreement while preforming the <br />.tasks associated with those listed in EXHIBIT A. In support of delivering the scope_ of work in the Prime <br />Agreerrient, the SUBCONSULTANT shall lead. and perform the efforts to deliver 30%, -60%, 90'/0, and 100% <br />design completion stage documents in. the areas described as Streetscape improvements (excluding <br />1.04.C.5.d.- Landscape Improvements;. and 1.04.C.5.e — Irrigation Improvements in the. Design Criteria <br />Package (DCP)); Storm Water System. SUBCONSULTANT shall also review✓/verifyrupdate DCP reports <br />shown in.Task 2.1 of Exhibit A and assist in the development of a report describing the. findings and/or <br />.recommendations dlscovered during the review of the documents including the preliminary drainage report <br />prepared by Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., the geotechnical soil survey and report prepared by <br />Professional Services Industries (PSI), ""Contamination Screening Report' (CESR) prepared. by PSI, obtain <br />'iliility drawingsfrom franchise utility companies -and identify areas for recommended soft digs to identify utility. <br />.conflicts, review the Driveway Harmonization License Agreement between individual homeowners and the City <br />and provide recommended- revisions. <br />SUBCONSULTANT shall complete a %til, updated.survey of Palm and Hib scus that meets the City's survey <br />standards including finished floor .elevation data. <br />SUBCONSULTANT shalt cornplete-updated base drawings reffeoting current conditions. <br />S(JBCONSi iLTANT shall lead the efforts and prepare permit applications associated with the Prime <br />Agreement including.
