Smith & Associates (CAS). The Village has been working with <br />Craig A. Smith & Associates since 2002. <br />Over the past 15 years, Craig A. Smith & Associates has provided surveying, engineering, <br />construction management and utility locating services on various stormwater, utility and <br />roadway improvement projects. CAS also serves the Village in the capacity of Village Engineer. <br />For over the past 15 years The Village of El Portal has found CAS to be extremely effective and <br />efficient in accomplishing the scope of service, which has been their responsibility on numerous <br />projects.
