Miami Dade County, Florida, Qualification Based Continuing Contract - <br />Aviation Departments, Various Projects 2000 - Present ongoing <br />Miami Dade County Aviation Dept. Tyrone Brown/ Joaquin Menendez 305-876-0529/ 305-876-0529 <br />This CCNA continuing services contract is one of our <br />many continuing services contract. Since 2000, we have <br />performed environmental services (Phase I/II <br />Environmental Assessments), geotechnical exploration <br />and engineering, construction materials testing and <br />inspections as well as special/ threshold inspections to <br />various department of Miami Dade. <br />Projects under this contract for the Aviation Department <br />include but are not limited to: <br />North Terminal Re-Development Program at Miami <br />International Airport, Miami <br />The overall scope of the program involved the <br />transformation of Concourses A through D from a finger <br />type configuration to a more efficient mile long linear <br />configuration, newly named the North Terminal. The <br />project includes the addition of nine additional gates for a <br />total of 50 gates, 20 refurbished jet bridges, 28 new jet <br />bridges, 1.8 M SF of renovated space including exterior <br />renovations and 1.9M SF of new construction.
