RESOLUTION NO. 2018- 422- <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, <br /> FLORIDA, APPROVING A THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> AGREEMENT WITH BONNIE BENNETT CREATIVE,LLC. <br /> TO PROVIDE GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES TO THE CITY <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018/2019, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO <br /> EXCEED NINETY-THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED <br /> FIFTY DOLLARS (S93,150.00), ATTACHED HERETO AS <br /> EXHIBIT"A";AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE <br /> SAID SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DO ALL <br /> THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS <br /> RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on October 15, 2015 via Resolution No. 2015-2480 the City Commission <br /> authorized the City Manager to approve the expenditure of budgeted funds in the amount up to <br /> $97,500.00 with Bonnie Bennett Creative,and entered into an Agreement on December 29,2015 to <br /> provide graphic design services to the City for Fiscal Year 2015/2016; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 15, 2016 via Resolution No. 2016-2599 the City exercised its <br /> first of four (4) options to renew and the City Commission approved a First Amendment to the <br /> Agreement with Bonnie Bennett Creative, LLC. to provide graphic design services to the City for <br /> Fiscal Year 2016/2017, in an amount not to exceed $98,800.00; and <br /> WHEREAS,on September 21st, 2017 via Resolution No. 2017-2735 the City exercised its <br /> second of four(4)options to renew and the City Commission approved a Second Amendment to the <br /> Agreement with Bonnie Bennett Creative, LLC. to provide graphic design services to the City for <br /> Fiscal Year 2017/2018, in an amount not to exceed $98,100.00; and <br /> WHEREAS, Bonnie Bennett Creative has continued to carry the corporate identity and <br /> branding developed as "Florida's Riviera" throughout all official City publications, promotional <br /> items and marketing materials, including the layout and design of the quarterly newsletter, the <br /> quarterly catalogs, the annual City calendar, all advertisements, promotional items, brochures and <br /> other marketing materials; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City wishes to exercise its third option to renew the agreement with Bonnie <br /> Bennett Creative, LLC, of which one (1) option to renew remains; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Commission now wishes to approve a Third Amendment to the <br /> Agreement with Bonnie Bennett Creative, LLC. to provide graphic design services to the City for <br /> Fiscal Year 2018/2019, in an amount not to exceed Ninety-Three Thousand One Hundred Fifty <br /> Dollars ($93,150.00), attached hereto as Exhibit"A". <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br /> CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> R2018 Bonnie Bennett 3rd Amd To Agmt FY 18-19 Page 1 of 2 <br />
