Russo, City Manager <br /> FROM: Susan Simpson,Assistant City Manager <br /> DATE: 10/18/2018 <br /> Authorizing the City Manager to Enter Into an Agreement <br /> RE: with the Florida Division of Emergency Management for <br /> FEMA Reimbursement <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> This item is presented for your consideration. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The City has been working with the State of Florida Division of <br /> Emergency Management to close out projects for payment related to <br /> Hurricane Irma. The first project is approved and is available for <br /> reimbursement. This resolution authorizes the City Manager to enter <br /> into an agreement with the Florida Division of Emergency Management <br /> to accept the reimbursement payment for this item as well as all future <br /> items related to Hurricane Irma that will be presented as an amendment <br /> to this original agreement. <br /> FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> There is no additional expense funds required for the approval of this <br /> resolution.
