One of bases was Homestead AFB. As is typical, Homestead <br />had many solid waste management units with various levels of contamination. The Client's project team (including Tom Tessier) was tasked with <br />identifying the solid waste management units from existing records and anecdotal information, and estimating the cost of closing out those sites. <br />Consulting fees were less than $3000. <br />104 <br />
