CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Scholl at 6:30 p.m. with the following officials <br />present: <br /> <br />Mayor George Scholl <br />Vice Mayor Larisa Svechin <br />Commissioner Dana Goldman* <br />Commissioner Alex Lama <br />Commissioner Jeniffer Viscarra* <br /> <br />[*Clerk’s Note: Participated virtually.] <br /> <br />City Manager Christopher J. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE / INVOCATION <br /> <br /> Action: Mayor Scholl gave the pledge of Allegiance, and Rabbi Barren gave the invocation. <br /> <br />3. SUMMARY MINUTES <br /> <br />3A. Additional Information: <br /> Hybrid Regular City Commission Meeting – February 18, 2021. <br /> <br />Action: Vice Mayor moved, and Commissioner Lama seconded a motion to the above- <br />mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice vote of 5-0 in <br />favor. <br /> <br />4. ORDER OF BUSINESS (Additions/Deletions/Amendments) <br /> <br />4A. REQUEST TO HEAR ITEMS <br /> <br />Action: Commissioner Lama moved, and Vice Mayor Svechin seconded a motion to <br />approve the above-mentioned change to the agenda. The motion was approved by a <br />voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br />5. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />5A.
