APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> 3A. SPECIAL COMMISSION MEETING — DECEMBER 20, 1999 <br /> 3B. REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING —JANUARY 20, 2000 <br /> 3C. SPECIAL COMMISSION MEETING — FEBRUARY 10, 2000 <br /> ACTION: Commissioner Kauffman moved and Commissioner Turetsky seconded a motion <br /> to approve the summary minutes for items 3A through 3C. The motion was approved <br /> by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 4. AGENDA/ORDER OF BUSINESS (ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/AMENDMENTS) <br /> 4A. REQUEST TO HEAR ITEM 12A DIRECTLY AFTER 6B <br /> ACTION: Vice Mayor Morrow moved and Commissioner Turetsky seconded a motion to <br /> hear item 12A directly after item 6B.
