(THE "APPLICANT") FOR A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED SITE PLAN; PROVIDING THE CITY MANAGER WITH THE AUTHORITY TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 1. RECITALS WHEREAS, the Applicant Public Super Markets: Inc. (the "Applicant") is applying for a modification of the approved site plan under Resolution No. 14-Z-141 adopted on July 17. 2014. and has submitted a site plan modification application (Application No. PZ201 5-12) to the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Florida requesting the following: 1. Pursuant to Section 265-18 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development Regulations. the Applicant is requesting a site plan modification to an approved site plan for the following: (1) a new traffic circulation pattern for ingress and egress of trucks on Collins Avenue; (2) an ingress for customer vehicles from Collins Avenue with an elimination of customer vehicles egress onto Collins Avenue; (3) a solid roof covering: and (4) a modification to the requirement to underground utilities along 183`d Street to Collins Avenue to exclude gas station property. Legal Description: Parcel 1: Legal description of a part of the South 300 Feet of Tract "N" amended Plat of North Biscayne Beach. as recorded in Plat Book 44. at Page 42. of the Public Records of Dade County.
