CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Edelcup at 6:30 p.m. with the following officials <br />present: <br />Mayor Norman S. Edelcup City Manager Christopher J. Russo <br />Vice Mayor Isaac Aelion City Attorney Hans Ottinot <br />Commissioner Jeanette Gatto City Clerk Jane A. Hines. MMC <br />Commissioner Jennifer Levin Deputy City Manager Stan Morris <br />Commissioner George "Bud" Scholl Deputy City Attorney Fernando Amuchastegui <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE / INVOCATION <br />Action: Former City Commissioner Roslyn Brezin led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag, <br />and City Historian Richard C. Schulman gave the invocation. <br />Mayor Edelcup gave opening remarks of decorum. <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />3A. Special City Commission Meeting /ls` Budget Hearing FY 2013/2014 — Sept. 17, 2013. <br />Action: [City Clerk's Note: Commissioner Scholl made minor changes on page 6 of the <br />minutes which were distributedprior to the meeting.] Commissioner Scholl moved and Vice <br />Mayor Aelion seconded a motion to approve the above mentioned Summary Minutes, as <br />amended. The motion was approved by a voice vote of 5 -0 in favor. <br />3B. Regular City Commission Meeting — September 19, 2013, <br />Action: Vice Mayor Aelion moved and Commissioner Gatto seconded a motion to approve <br />the above mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice vote of 5- <br />0 in favor. <br />3C. Special City Commission Meeting /2nd Budget Hearing FY 2013/2014 — Sept. 26, 2013. <br />Action: Commissioner Gatto moved and Vice Mayor Aelion seconded a motion to approve <br />the above mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice vote of 5- <br />0 in favor. <br />
