RESOLUTION NO. 2012- ~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A <br />NINETY (90) DAY EXTENSION FOR 4M INVESTORS, LLC. <br />TO PRESENT A FINAL SITE PLAN FOR THE DESIGN OF A <br />PARK AND PARKING GARAGE TO BE APPROVED BY THE <br />CITY COMMISSION NO LATER THAN APRIL 19, 2012; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY <br />ATTORNEY TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO <br />EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to have designed and constructed a Park and a parking <br />garage for Gateway Park on Sunny Isles Boulevard for the enjoyment of the residents and <br />visitors; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 4M Investors, LLC. has now revised the site plan for Gateway Park, and <br />the City Commission wishes to extend the time period for 4M Investors, LLC. to present a site <br />plan for the design of a park and parking garage in accordance with the development review <br />process of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approval of 90-Day Extension. The City Commission hereby approves a 90-day <br />extension to require 4M Investors, LLC. to present a final site plan for Gateway Park for <br />approval by the City Commission no later than April 19, 2012. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization of the City Manager and City Attornev. The City Manager and <br />City Attorney are authorized to do all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
