CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS The meeting was called to order by Mayor Scholl at 6:30 p.m. with the following officials present: Mayor George "Bud" Scholl City Manager Christopher J. Russo Vice Mayor Dana Goldman City Attorney Hans Ottinot Commissioner Isaac Aelion (absent/ill) Deputy City Clerk Mauricio Betancur, CMC Commissioner Jeanette Gatto Deputy City Manager Stan Morris Commissioner Larisa Svechin Deputy City Attorney Fernando Amuchastegui Zoe Gubacsi, SGA President 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE /INVOCATION Action: Paul Abbott led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag, and Rabbi Mier Moshe Haber gave the invocation. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3A. Regular City Commission Meeting—January 19, 2017. Action: Commissioner Gatto moved and Vice Mayor Goldman seconded a motion to approve the above mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice vote of 4-0-1 [Commissioner Aelion absent] in favor. 4. ORDER OF BUSINESS (Additions/Deletions/Amendments) 4A. Request to Hear Items. Revised: Item 10C. Approving the Selection of Insurances; Add- On: Item 10K. Approve Changer Order Nos. 1-6 with Rohl Networks; Item 10L.Approve an Agreement with FDOT for the North Bay Road Emergency/Pedestrian Bridge; Action: Mayor Scholl noted the above changes to the agenda. Commissioner Gatto moved and Vice Mayor Goldman seconded a motion to approve the above changes to the agenda. The motion was approved by a voice vote of 4-0-1 [Commissioner Aelion absent] in favor. 5. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS None.
