PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE /INVOCATION <br /> Action: Former Sunny Isles Beach Commissioner Rozlyn Brezin led the Pledge of Allegiance <br /> to the flag and Rabbi Kaller gave the invocation. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 3A. Regular City Commission Meeting—April 19, 2018. <br /> Action: Vice Mayor Goldman moved and Commissioner Gatto seconded a motion to <br /> approve the above mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice <br /> vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 4. ORDER OF BUSINESS (Additions/Deletions/Amendments) <br /> Deferred: Item 7B. Ordinance Amending Section 265-47 of the City Code Relating to <br /> Driveway Standards to Clarify Appropriate Traffic Signage for Driveways; Revised: Item <br /> 9B.Ordinance Amending Chapter 217 Entitled"Rental Property,"of the Code of Ordinances <br /> of Sunny Isles Beach to Create a New Article Entitled "Regulating Short Term Vacation <br /> Rentals in Multi-Family Dwellings"; Add On: Item 10J. Awarding Request for Proposal <br /> ("RFP") No. 18-04-03 to, and Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate with a Primary <br /> Bidder and Secondary Bidder and Enter Into an Agreement with Disaster Program & <br /> Operations,Inc. and Tidal Basin to Provide Disaster Debris Monitoring Services;Add On: <br /> Item 10K. Awarding Request for Proposal ("RFP")No. 18-04-02 to, and Authorizing the <br /> City Manager to Negotiate with a Primary Bidder and Secondary Bidder and Enter Into an <br /> Agreement with Crowdergulf,LLC,and DRC Emergency Services,LLC to Provide Disaster <br /> Debris Management and Removal Services. <br /> Action: Vice Mayor Goldman moved and Commissioner Gatto seconded a motion to <br /> approve the above mentioned changes to the agenda. The motion was approved by a <br /> voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br />
