RESOLUTION NO. 15-Z - 15 I <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br /> SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, ("CITY") APPROVING A SITE <br /> PLAN MODIFICATION APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY <br /> ST.TROPEZ BEACH DEVELOPERS, LLC.; PARQUE TOWERS <br /> DEVELOPERS, LLC; AND ST. TROPEZ II, LLC. (THE <br /> "APPLICANT") FOR A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED SITE PLAN; <br /> PROVIDING THE CITY MANAGER WITH THE AUTHORITY TO <br /> DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS <br /> RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING <br /> FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> I. RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant. St. Tropez Beach Developers. LLC. Parque Towers <br /> Developers. LLC. and St. Tropez IL LLC. (the "Applicant") is applying for a modification of the <br /> approved site plan under Resolution No. 12-Z-133 adopted on November 15. 2012 and as amended <br /> by Resolution No. 13-Z-137. adopted on October 17. 2013. consisting of two residential towers <br /> (Phase II) and an office building (Phase III) and requesting the following under Application No. <br /> PZ2015-05; <br /> 1. Pursuant to Section 265-18 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br /> Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a site plan modification to reduce the density of <br /> Phase II of the project from 329 residential units to 320 residential units. <br /> 2. Pursuant to Section 265-18 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br /> Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a modification of conditions relating to the Bay- <br /> walk easement agreement as set forth in Resolution No. 12-Z-133. adopted on November <br /> 15. 2012 and Resolution No. 13-Z-137. adopted on October 17. 2013. <br /> 3.
