However, such commercial units may provide incidental services <br /> to the general public. This clarification Ordinance is required to prohibit expansion of <br /> commercial uses that are located in condominiums in the RMF-2 District. For example, the City <br /> received requests to open a traffic school, law offices, and cosmetology within commercial units <br /> in a condominium located in the RMF-2 District. Clearly, a traffic school is not created for <br /> purposes to serve only residents. For information purposes, condominiums within the RMF-2 <br /> District are Arlen House, Ocean Reserve, Winston Towers, and KingsPoint.
