However, such <br /> commercial units may provide incidental services to the general public. This <br /> clarification Ordinance is required to prohibit expansion of commercial uses that <br /> are located in condominiums in the RMF-2 District. For example, the City <br /> received requests to open a traffic school, law offices, and cosmetology within <br /> commercial units in a condominium located in the RMF-2 District. Clearly, a <br /> traffic school is not created for purposes to serve only residents. For information <br /> purposes, condominiums within the RMF-2 District are Arlen House, Ocean <br /> Reserve, Winston Towers, and KingsPoint.
