A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida,Approving an Interlocal Agreement with Miami-Dade County for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 Municipal Parking Fines Reimbursement Program,Attached Hereto as Exhibit"A";Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Said Agreement; Authorizing the City Manager to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date. Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and City Manager Russo reported that this is from the Handicapped Parking Spaces fines that come back to us a year later including a portion of uncollected fines from other municipalities that don't claim them. The monies are required to be used for improvements for those kinds of facilities. He may use the monies for the handicapped ramps at the intersections on the west side that we are going to be redoing to conform to our streetscape program. Public Speakers: None Commissioner Levin moved and Vice Mayor Aelion seconded a motion to approve the Resolution. Resolution No. 2013-2088 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. 10K. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida,Approving a Request Submitted by Fortune International to Waive the Landscaping Requirement for the Construction Fence at the Jade Signature Project Located at 16901 Collins Avenue; Establishing Conditions for the Relocation of the Construction Fence; Providing the City Manager and City Attorney with the Authority to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date. Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and City Planner Claudia Hasbun reported. Public Speakers: None Vice Mayor Aelion said this Resolution does not include the banner fencing that is in place, and City Attorney Ottinot said that is correct. Commissioner Scholl moved and Commissioner Gatto seconded a motion to approve the Resolution. Resolution No. 2013-2089 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. 10L. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida,Ratifying a Partial Release of Conservation Easement with the South Florida Water Management District in Order to Authorize the Construction of an Emergency Pedestrian Bridge Connecting North Bay Road between 172°d and 174th Streets,Attached Hereto as Exhibit "A"; Authorizing the City Manager and City Attorney to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date. Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and City Engineer Helen Gray reported. Public Speakers: None Vice Mayor Aelion moved and Commissioner Scholl seconded a motion to approve the Resolution.
