P.A. to provide said services in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Twenty - <br />Seven Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Dollars (S 127,470.00), bringing the total contract amount <br />not to exceed to Four Hundred Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (S402,500.00). <br />NONN' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CONIMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approval of Second Amendment to Agreement. The City Commission hereby <br />approves the Second Amendment to the Agreement with Keith and Schnars. P.A. for undergrounding <br />Consultant services, in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Twenty -Seven Thousand Four <br />Hundred Seventy Dollars ($127.470.00). attached hereto as Exhibit "A ". <br />Section 2. Authorization of Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement. <br />Section 3. Authorization of Citv Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
