Solutions. <br />Comprehensive Automobile Liability: This insurance shall be written in <br />comprehensive form and shall protect VENDOR and the CITY against all claims for <br />injuries to members of the public and damage to property of others arising from <br />VENDOR's use of motor vehicles and shall cover operation on or off the site of all <br />motor vehicles licensed for highway use whether they are owned, non - owned, or hired. <br />The liability limits shall not be less than: <br />Bodily injury /Property damage per occurrence - $1,000,000 <br />General Liability: This insurance shall be written on a commercial general liability <br />form which shall protect VENDOR and the CITY for those sums VENDOR or the <br />CITY, its officers and employee as additional insured or VENDOR and the CITY <br />become legally obligated to pay as damages because of bodily injury, death, personal <br />injury or property damage. The limits applicable to the commercial general liability <br />policy shall not be less than the following: <br />Bodily Injury /Property <br />Damage Each Occurrence <br />Aggregate <br />$1,000,000 <br />$2,000,000 <br />Umbrella: This insurance shall be written to protect VENDOR and the CITY against <br />all claims in excess of the underlying general liability, automobile and workers' <br />compensation coverage. The umbrella limits shall not be less than the following: <br />Limit of Liability Aggregate $2,000,000 <br />VENDOR and all subcontractors shall furnish the CITY, prior to any award of an agreement, <br />certificates of insurance evidencing the required coverage. Separate insurance certificates need <br />not be furnished if VENDOR and all subcontractors have previously filed with the CITY <br />certificates that are currently in effect. VENDOR or its subcontractors shall perform no work <br />under the Contract after expiration or cancellation of their insurance. <br />Throughout the term of the Agreement, VENDOR shall provide the CITY with certificates of <br />insurance evidencing the above stated coverage. The general liability and umbrella insurances <br />must be issued on an occurrence basis and must name the CITY, its officers and employees as <br />additional insured on a primary basis. <br />The foregoing insurance policies shall contain a provision that coverage afforded <br />under such policies shall not expire, materially change or be canceled until at least thirty <br />(3 0) days written notice has been given to the Owner and ten (10) days notice for <br />workers' compensation coverage. <br />7 <br />
