PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE /INVOCATION <br /> Action: Sunny Isles Beach Resident Joe Gatto gave the pledge of Allegiance and Police Chief <br /> Dwight Snyder gave the invocation. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 3A. Regular City Commission Meeting—November 15, 2018. <br /> Action: Vice Mayor Goldman moved and Commissioner Gatto seconded a motion to <br /> approve the above-mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice <br /> vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 4. ORDER OF BUSINESS (Additions/Deletions/Amendments) <br /> Deferred: Item 5A. Certificates of Achievement presented to Sunny Isles Beach Soccer <br /> Teams was deferred. Add On: Item 10F. Resolution Expressing Support for Long-Term <br /> Infrastructure for the Rehabilitation of the Golden Shores Pump Station. <br /> 5. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> 5A. Certificates of Appreciation presented to the Sunny Isles Beach Soccer Teams. <br /> Action: This is item was deferred. <br /> 5B. Acknowledgement of the Recipients of the City Manager's 2018 Employees of the <br /> Year Award: Sandra Block, Makia Curry, Brenda Long, and Humberto Martinez, Jr. <br /> Action: City Manager Christopher Russo presented the awards. <br />
