Not all clients are alike and we will provide counsel and support in the <br />manner requested by the City. As part of any initial orientation meeting with the City, Tom Loffredo will <br />discuss performance and reporting metrics will be set which will measure the satisfaction of the City <br />moving forward. We will monitor and measure our performance as it relates to the overall client relationship <br />through regular client satisfaction discussions and “off-the-clock” performance meetings between City <br />representatives and GrayRobinson attorneys. <br /> <br />Cost Proposal <br /> <br />As noted in Section 2.4, Basis of Compensation, the City requests the Proposer submit a proposal for <br />compensation, which should include, but is not limited to: a monthly retainer fee option, an hourly rate <br />option, or a combination of these options. The hourly rate option is mandatory. The firm must outline the <br />following compensation fees with their response: <br /> <br />1. Firm must include their monthly retainer/fixed fee cap for general services with an <br />explanation of what it covers. <br /> <br />GrayRobinson proposes a monthly retainer of $10,000, to include providing on-call guidance <br />to the City Manager, Commission, and City staff on a variety of legal issues including, but <br />not limited to, all areas as noted in Section 3.2 and 3.3 of the Request for Proposal. This <br />also includes attendance at City Commission meetings and special sessions. <br /> <br />2. Plus hourly fees for litigation or specialized services. The hourly rate quoted shall <br />include all salary and compensation, and all overhead expenses, profits and other <br />employee costs including but not limited to clerical and word processing expenses. <br />Proposers must indicate what costs and expenses they proposed to bill in addition to <br />the hourly rate, and the basis for the charges for such expenses, e.g. the basis for <br />any internal reproduction charges, facsimile charges. <br /> <br />$250 for Shareholders <br />$225 for Senior Associates <br />$175 for Associates <br />$125 for Paralegals <br /> <br />In addition to our hourly rate, out-of-pocket expenses would generally include such items as <br />travel, parking, postage, filing, recording, certification, and registration fees charged by <br />governmental bodies. Other charges typically include such items as toll calls, facsimile <br />transmissions, scanning charges, overnight courier services, certain charges for computer <br />research and complex document production, and charges for copying and scanning <br />materials sent to you or third parties or required for our use. Some such costs, including <br />computer searches, computer generated documents, long distance telephone calls and <br />faxes, may include an administrative fee charged by the Firm, as determined by the Firm <br />from time to time. <br /> <br />
