Project Approach & Understanding <br /> <br />This section shall define the services the firm is proposing to the City that will best meet the criteria <br />specified in the Scope of Services. State the Firm’s project management plan, interpretation of the <br />scope, and technical method of approach. In addition, provide a description of innovative concepts <br />proposed to enhance value, quality, and to control cost and schedule. Please keep in mind, upon <br />request, the consultant may be asked to attend selected day or night meetings at the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach. Provide a proposed transition approach and/or strategy for handling current cases or <br />legal matters. <br /> <br />Project Management Plan <br /> <br />In representations such as those contemplated by this RFP, GrayRobinson implements a team approach <br />designed to maximize communication and responsiveness without over-staffing. As your primary point of <br />contact, Tom will handle oversight of the work done for the City of Sunny Isles Beach and will ensure the <br />overall delivery of satisfaction and value. In addition to Tom, we have identified additional attorneys to <br />serve on the team based on their practice focus, identified as shown below. These team members will be in <br />regular contact with Tom about work done on behalf of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, and we will align our <br />client service approach including billing, reporting and communication strategies to the preferences of the <br />City.
