Ask Supervisor, Superintendent or Location <br />Manager. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in or around TGSV Enterprises, Inc.'s premises or wor ksite locations. <br /> <br />Glass bottles: These are not permitted at our premises, unless authorized by Superintendent of the work site. <br /> <br />Weapons and Firearms: Any type of weapon is not permitted on company property or a designated company <br />worksite, at any time, for any reason. <br /> <br />Explosives and Detonators: Are not permitted in company premises, unless authorized by management and Safety <br />Department. To be handled prepared, and used by trained, licensed, and authorized personnel only. NO <br />EXCEPTIONS. <br /> <br />Drinking Water: Portable water containers are for drinking water and ice only! Tampering with or placing items such <br />as drinks, food, etc. into other containers is prohibited and may result in disciplinary actions. Employees may fill <br />personal or disposable cups only. Used cups will be placed in the trash, not on the ground. Common drinking cups <br />are not allowed. Drinking while holding the “thermos” in the air directly above your mouth is not permitted. Employees <br />are required to drink from a cup only and to refill their own cup as necessary. <br /> <br />Portable Toilet Facilities: These will be provided for job projects of sufficient duration and number of employees to <br />warrant their use. For jobs of short duration, with only a few employees, arrangement will be made by their J ob <br />Superintendent for permissions to use the facilities of the nearest service station or other facilities. Always use <br />designated rest rooms. NO exceptions. <br /> <br />House Keeping: All work areas will be clean, organized and kept in an orderly manner, especiall y during the course <br />of construction, alteration, or repairs of a project. <br /> <br /> <br /> All forms of scrap, waste materials, and debris will be kept clear of the work area, including passageways, <br />stairs, exits, emergency evacuation routes, and in and around buildings or other structures. <br /> Scrap and debris shall be removed at regular intervals. A safe means of disposal is provided by the <br />“Maintenance Area” will be provided. <br /> All solvent waste, used oily rags, and combustible trash will be stored in fire resistant, covere d containers until <br />removed from the work site by authorized environmental company. <br /> When materials are dropped outside the perimeter area of buildings or structures, an approved method of <br />containment such as raised dump truck or dumpsites will be used. <br /> Special care should be taken at all times to protect individuals and property from injury or damage as a result <br />of debris being dropped from any height. <br /> All materials, supplies, and equipment shall be arranged in an orderly fashion to eliminate congestion that <br />would contribute to tripping or falling hazards and interfere with work performance. <br />
