Page 1 APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY TEAM ENVIRONMENT TGSV Enterprises, Inc. is devoted to accessibility, partnering, and collaborative communication with our clients. This enables us to openly discuss project development issues and formulate mutually satisfactory solutions towards meeting our clients’ goals. To this end, our project staff will consult with Owner, Design Consultants, and End User when necessary, and will maintain them informed of project progress. Means of communication commonly utilized include weekly team meetings, e-mail communications to document decisions and resolutions, schedule report updates at each phase of project development, and face to face progress meetings as necessary to maintain project progress. All pertinent decisions, resolutions, and project development events are documented in writing. Our approach and techniques are geared to deliver projects efficiently and in a timely manner. Methods and procedures utilized to ensure continuity of project activities include: • Partnering approach with all team members and stake holders. • Solution oriented decision making and management approach. • Early detection of project development issues requiring resolution. • Streamline the decision making process. • Formulate a collaborative project schedule and constantly monitor project progress. • Devote necessary resources to meet project demands. SCOPE OUT AND COST ESTIMATE PROCEDURES TGSV Enterprises, Inc.’s approach to scoping out and cost estimating projects involves not only utilizing our own resources, but also our trade contractors, the Owner and the Design Consultants. Below is a synopsis of our approach to scope review and cost estimating for projects; specifically when we are involved from the pre-construction phase. 1. Knowledge of Project: As listed in the experience sections of this package TGSV’s healthcare experience is extensive. This experience has provided us the opportunity to become akin to understanding the different costs and scope items associated with Healthcare projects. This knowledge along with our ability to develop an open dialogue with the Owner, Designer, Trade Contractors and End User allows us to identify and address cost/scope issues early in the process before they may become obstacles in the project progress.
