Insurance Requirements means the requirements described in this Agreement and the Contract <br />Documents. <br />Notice To Proceed means a written letter or directive issued by the City directing that the <br />Contractor may begin Work on the Project or a specific task of the Project. <br />Project Manager means an employee or representative of the City assigned to manage and <br />monitor the Work to be performed under this Agreement and the construction of the Project. <br />Project means the construction and incidentals thereto, of the project entitled RFP 13 -10 -02 <br />"Construction of Wall Under The William Lehman Causeway ", as described in the Contract <br />Documents. <br />Project Site means the area for the proposed Project, consisting of a privacy wall, approximately <br />1,191 feet long and 8 feet high, running along the William Lehman Causeway to the immediate <br />south of the Ocean View "B" Condominium, from the edge of the water at the SW corner of the <br />property to the SE corner of the property. <br />Punch List means a compilation of items of Construction Work required to be performed by, or <br />through the Contractor after the Substantial Completion inspection and prior to Final Completion <br />and payment. <br />Request For Information (RFI) means a request from the Contractor seeking an interpretation <br />or clarification by the City relative to the Agreement and/or the Contract Documents. The RFI, <br />which shall be clearly marked RFI, shall clearly and concisely set forth the issue(s) or item(s) <br />requiring clarification or interpretation and why the response is needed. The RFI must set forth <br />the Contractor's interpretation or understanding of the document(s) in question, along with <br />the reason for such understanding. <br />Schedule of Values means a written schedule setting forth the detailed and itemized cost <br />breakdown, inclusive of labor, material, and taxes of all elements comprising the Work. <br />Specifications and Plans as used herein means that portion of the Contract Documents <br />which are the written requirements for the materials, equipment, systems, standards and <br />workmanship for completion of the Work and performance of related services for this Project. <br />Sub - Contractor(s) means a person or entity other than a materialman or laborer that has a <br />direct contract with the Contractor to perform or supply any portion of the Work in connection <br />with this Project. <br />Substantial Completion means that point at which the Work is at a level of completion in <br />substantial compliance with the Agreement such that the City can use, occupy and /or operate <br />the Project in all respects to its intended purpose. Substantial Completion shall be evidenced by <br />the City's execution of a Certificate of Substantial Completion. <br />3 <br />
