<br />Following her positions as Director of Market Research at Ameritech and First Chicago, she
<br />established Monogram Market Research, a market research consulting practice to provide
<br />individualized market research service, focusing on the needs of businesses including packaged
<br />goods, retail, utilities, government and not-for-profit. The practice provides market research
<br />consulting from the point of problem identification through final presentation of results.
<br />
<br />Jackie has a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research, with experience in
<br />brand image development, customer satisfaction, new product development, customer
<br />segmentation, employee surveys, advertising message development and copy testing. She has
<br />in-depth experience with use of computer-aided multi-variant analysis including factor analysis,
<br />conjoint analysis and cluster analysis, and was one of the pioneers of the use of web-based
<br />survey methodologies.

<br />In addition to consulting, Jackie has guest lectured on market research at a variety of local area
<br />schools including Northwestern University, Northern Illinois University, DePaul University and
<br />The School of The Art Institute.

<br />Jackie earned her MBA from Loyola University in Chicago. Her undergraduate degree is from
<br />University of Illinois - Champaign/Urbana with majors in History and English Literature.
