Completion of Project and Warranty: The project will be considered complete when all the deliverables from the quote have been delivered. In the case of websites, changes to the original scope that do not impede the functioning of the site will not be revised until the project is nished and balance paid for. A 6-month warranty will take effect after launch to cover any potential issues. Delays caused by the client or a 3rd party related to client: In case of delays caused by the client or a 3rd party that obliges Crea7ive to put the project on hold for more than 4 weeks will be required to complete a payment of the 50% of the remaining balance to reactivate the project. If a project is delayed more than 8 non-consecutive weeks by a third party associated to the client or external to Crea7ive, client will lose 50% of the original deposit. If a project is seen on hold for more than 6 months, it will be considered closed and client will lose deposit or any other moneys paid to Crea7ive. Client agrees to the conditions when contracting Crea7ive Interactive Advertising, Corp.’s services. Crea7ive Interactive Advertising, Corp. will not be responsible for third party delays that impede the advancing of the project. Total monetary balance must be remitted prior to project launch. The client hereby agrees that the laws of the State of Florida shall apply. This letter correctly sets forth the understanding of all services and costs proposed. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to its subject matter and shall supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, oral or written. This Agreement may not be amended except by a written document signed by both parties. The person signing this Agreement acknowledges that he or she has the authority to bind the applicable party to this agreement.
