INTERSECTION LEVEL OF SERVICE <br />The turning movement counts taken in late September, 2018 were adjusted to peak season conditions <br />using the latest available Peak Season Factor for that week published by FDOT. The AM and PM peak <br />periods were analyzed for the weekday. The AM, Mid‐day and PM peak periods were analyzed for a <br />normal Saturday. As Tables 3 through 7 indicate, the intersection of Collins Avenue at 174th Street is <br />achieving acceptable level of service in all analysis periods.
