EAC satisfied the needs of all the <br />cities listed, and met the budget and schedule requirements of each project. <br />Planned Project Approach <br />EAC’s Miami office located at 5959 Blue Lagoon Drive, Suite 410, Miami, FL 33126 will be responsible for this contract. <br />Harold Desdunes, PE (hdesdunes@eacconsult.com), former FDOT District 6 Director, will serve as the Principal-in-Charge for this <br />project.
