<br /> 12. CLEAN-UP. All unusable materials and debris shall be removed from the premises at the
<br /> end of each workday, and disposed of in an appropriate manner by-the Contractor. No equipment,
<br /> material, debris, trailers or other items may be stored in any location outside of the provided
<br /> eortstrttion easements without written approval from the City and the property owner. Upon final
<br /> completion, the Contractor shall thoroughly clean up all areas where work has been involved as
<br /> mutually agreed with the City. Damage to Public and/or Private Property: Extreme care shall be
<br /> taken by Contractor to safeguard all existing facilities, site amenities, utilities, irrigation systems
<br /> on or around the job site. Damage to public and/or private property slim11 he the responsibility of
<br /> the Contractor and shall be repaired and/or replaced by Contractor at no additional cost to the City.
<br /> The Contractor shall use all means to protect existing objects,structures arid vegetation designated
<br /> to remain. In the event of damage, the Contractor shall immediately make all repairs, replacements
<br /> and dressings to damaged materials,to the approval of the City,at no additional cost to the City.
<br /> 13. DELIVERY & PROTECTION OF MATERIAL AM) EQUIPMENT. All material
<br /> must be F.O.B. destination. The Contractor is solely liable and responsible for the purchase,
<br /> delivery, and installation of all materials and equipment. The contractor will make all
<br /> arrangements for delivery.Contractor will he solely liable for receiving,inspecting,accepting,and '
<br /> replacing any damaged materials or equipment and filing any and all claim with suppliers or
<br /> transporters, Contractor is respuvsible for the: protection of all materials and equipment. from
<br /> adverse weather conditions, damage, deterioration, and theft until the Work has been accepted by
<br /> the City,
<br /> 14. INSURANCE. Contractor shall, at its sole cost and expense, during the period of any
<br /> Work being performed under this Agreement, procure and maintain the following minintum
<br /> insurance coverages to protect the 'City and Contractor against all loss, claims, damage and
<br /> liabilities caused by Contractor, its agents, or employees, as indicated below:
<br /> Comprehensive General Liability II LS unmet:, including broad form
<br /> contractual liability coverage for all. operations, including, but not limited
<br /> to, contractual, products, and completed operations., personal injury and
<br /> property damage liability with minimum limits of One Million Dollars
<br /> ($1,000,000)per occurrence. .
<br /> u Worker's Compensation, as required by the State of Florida Employer's
<br /> Liability.
<br /> rt Business Automobile Liability which shall include coverage for all owned,
<br /> non-owned and hired vehicles for minimum limits of not less than One
<br /> Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence, One Million Dollars
<br /> ($1,000.000) per accident for bodily injury and Five ilundred Thousand
<br /> Dollars($500,000)per accident for property damage. .
