4. Enforcement. <br /> The City of Sunny Isles Beach Police Department, and other authorized City personnel,are <br /> authorized to enforce this Emergency Order. <br /> 5. Applicability; Severability. <br /> This Emergency Order supersedes any contrary provision in any prior City of Sunny Isles <br /> Beach Emergency Order. Except as superseded, all City of Sunny Isles Beach Emergency <br /> Orders remain in full force and effect. <br /> 6.
