Residents living in houses or apartments with an odd numbered address may <br /> visit parks on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. <br /> E. Guidelines: <br /> — Individuals using the parks are required to adhere to CDC Guidelines <br /> concerning facial covering, with the exception of children under two years <br /> old, or persons who have trouble breathing due to a chronic pre-existing <br /> condition. <br /> — Minors shall always be accompanied by a parent or guardian. <br /> — Groups larger than ten (10) people are prohibited from gathering in one place. <br /> — Use of parks and recreational facilities shall be for limited passive uses, such <br /> as walking,jogging, running, stretching, biking and exercise. <br /> — Park use is encouraged to be limited to one hour or less. <br /> — Directional signage along sidewalks and walkways, established to minimize <br /> cross contact, shall be adhered to. <br /> — Restrooms at the park will be open for only one (1) person or family at a <br /> time. <br /> F. Use of the following amenities is prohibited: <br /> — playgrounds; <br /> — tables; <br /> — fitness equipment; <br /> — water fountains; <br /> — bicycle racks; <br /> — water features; and <br /> — dog parks. <br /> G. Prohibition of Animals: <br /> — No animals are permitted in any parks with the exception of recognized <br /> service animals. <br /> H. Parking Limitations: <br /> — Parking garages and lots at each park remain open only to Sunny Isles Beach <br /> residents. <br /> I. Beach Closures: <br /> — Pursuant to Miami-Dade County Emergency Order 06-20, all beaches in <br /> Sunny Isles Beach shall remain closed to the public. <br /> 3 of 4 <br />
