iii. Due to the limited number spaces on Newport Fishing Pier, City of Sunny <br /> Isles Beach residents will be given preference. <br /> c. Paragraph (3)(I), mandating beach closures, shall be stricken from the order, thus <br /> allowing those activities to be regulated and governed by any existing and future <br /> Emergency Orders issued by Miami Dade County Mayor Gimenez. <br /> 3. All prior Emergency Orders shall remain in effect except to the extent modified by this <br /> Emergency Order 08. <br /> 4.
