and supplemental guidelines for outdoor restaurants, both attached and incorporated into said order; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Sunny Isles Beach desires to relax its restrictions, consistent with <br /> the direction taken by Miami Dade County, by rescinding the City's Emergency Orders 01-20, 02- <br /> 20, and 03-20, and allowing those activities to be regulated and governed by any existing and future <br /> Emergency Orders issued by Miami Dade County Mayor Gimenez; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Sunny Isles Beach further desires to amend Emergency Order 06- <br /> 20, Paragraph (3)(A) to remove Samson Oceanfront Park from the list of parks subject to limited <br /> reopening, thereby allowing further public access, but only as expressly stated below; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Sunny Isles Beach further desires to amend Emergency Order 06- <br /> 20, Paragraph(3)(B)to remove Newport Fishing Pier from the list of parks ordered to remain closed, <br /> thereby permitting that it reopen, but only as expressly stated below; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Sunny Isles Beach further desires to amend Emergency Order 06- <br /> 20, Paragraph (3)(I) to remove the language governing beach closures, thus allowing those activities <br /> to be regulated and governed by any existing and future Emergency Orders issued by Miami Dade <br /> County Mayor Gimenez. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DECLARED AND ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Emergency Orders 01-20, 02-20, and 03-20 are hereby rescinded. <br /> 2. Emergency Order 06-20 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> a. Samson Oceanfront Park shall be removed from the list of parks subject to a limited <br /> reopening in Paragraph(3)(A),and said park shall only be governed by the restrictions <br /> provided herein: <br /> i. Hours of Operation: 7:00 am— 8:00 pm, which hours may be amended by the <br /> City Manager at his discretion. <br /> ii. All persons must comply with the protocols set forth in the"Moving to a New <br /> Normal Handbook" governing Parks and Open Spaces, as may be amended. <br /> b. Newport Fishing Pier shall be removed from the list of parks ordered to remain closed <br /> in Paragraph (3)(Bj, thereby permitting that it reopen, and said park shall only be <br /> governed by the restrictions provided herein: <br /> i. Hours of Operation: 7:00 am— 8:00 pm, which hours may be amended by the <br /> City Manager at his discretion. <br /> ii.
